NZC’s vision is focused on ensuring cricket is a game without barriers – a game that can be played anywhere, by anyone, connecting people through our spirit of cricket. We strive to have a high performance culture, underpinned by quality people, systems and facilities helping to produce great players and teams that inspire the nation, the next generation of players and represent the best of New Zealand’s values and culture.

We're seeking an inspiring and experienced Head Coach to lead New Zealand's national women's team (WHITE FERNS) on the international stage in a full time fixed term position through to October 2029. You’ll create an environment where players and staff thrive, performance standards are embraced, and sustained success is achieved.

Working closely with players, support staff, selectors, and the wider NZC High Performance network, you'll lead a world class programme that develops people, strengthens culture, and drives performance. Beyond the national team environment, you'll play an important role in connecting and contributing to the wider women's high performance system across New Zealand cricket.
